Deep Sleep

2 Disc CD set for Insomnia.

Un-interrupted sleep is essential to stay healthy in mind and body. Hypnosis has been proven to be extraordinarily successful in helping with Insomnia and both these CD recordings have been produced to help you achieve the sleep you most desire.

Lack of sleep not only leaves you feeling drained throughout the day, but can lead to physical illness and increase your risk of heart disease.

Common symptoms may include:

  • Fatigue
  • Finding it difficult to concentrate or function properly
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Irritability
  • Feeling tired and groggy the next morning
  • Excessive sleepiness during the day

Occasionally we all experience a disturbed night or disrupted sleep pattern for a short while. This can come about if you have a lot on your mind, whether they are problems or something you are looking forward to, you may struggle to get to sleep if you have coffee too close to bedtime, your partner snores, you use a computer or smartphone just before bedtime, or are disturbed by noisy neighbours or dogs barking in the night.

Although this can leave you feeling drained and irritable the next day, generally we get back to our normal sleeping pattern fairly easily.

However, if you find you that you constantly struggle to get to sleep, or are only sleeping a few hours before waking again, then you will start to suffer both physically and mentally. This is insomnia and can go on for weeks, months or even years.

There can be many causes of Insomnia and if you feel you would like to arrange a consultation either at our clinic or via Skype or Facetime, please contact us.

  •   I thought when I contacted you that my issues were completely irrational, but after talking to you, it all made sense. Having had no previous experience of hypnotherapy, I was slightly in awe of what our minds can do. I now feel empowered with the tools to work on many other issues, knowing also that support is at hand if I need it. Thank you for all your help.

  •  I organised an evening with Amanda entitled "Riding with Confidence", and being a fairly small Riding Club I wasn't entirely sure what the reaction would be - it turned out to be one of the best attended demos of the year. Amanda was very easy to listen to and the audience were entirely captivated... Thank you Amanda!
